句子分解：

1、不说global companies，而是multinational companies。

2、 are (be) under greater pressure比face more pressure更符合英语的用语习惯。

3、 the local ones中的ones避免了重复companies。

4、 compete with more rivals中的compete with的意义比have更细更好。

总结：

1、动宾搭配不要随意，需要符合英语的语用习惯。当然，靠经验积累。

2、形容词和名词的搭配，也需要符合英语的语用习惯。

3、动词要精选。
