During the weekends, I often go mountain climbing with my friends. And I am very interested in this kind of sport. You know, now most of us are too busy with our study or work every day, and don't have much time to do exercises. Some of my friends work out in the gym every week , but I am just not a gym person. After all, we can't breath any fresh air in the crowded hall! Usually I enjoy the open field, especially in the mountains. When I walk through the forest and feel the breeze fondling my face, I can't imagine anything more comfortable than that, In the mountains I am isolated from the society and other people. So I get a break from my hard work and papers. I breathe deeply and then rush towards the peak. The moment I stand on top of the mountain, overlooking the trees and hills and the buildings at the bottom, I feel like I stand on top of the world!
