1、open-minded 思想开明的
Willing to consider new ideas
tip: 注意该词的发音，['əupən'maindid]，有些小伙伴会经常忘记后面的ed
e.g. I tried to eat the local food because I'm open-minded.
2、closed-minded 思想封闭的
Having or showing rigid opinions
or a narrow outlook
