关键概念：
☆ 同项目不同时间：（以housing为例）1957年对比2007年。
☆ 同时间不同项目：以蓝色（1957年为例）housing对比transport.
数据的分组，两种方式：
☆ 两色柱子比高低；
☆ 两色柱子差异大小：比如人为设定同一项目内两色的柱子的差异达到或超过5%就是差异大，反之则差异小。

按照第二种分组方式来写作：
Housing, food, drinks, and clothing are the four categories in which people did not spend obviously more in one year and obviously less in the other year.[注意主语选择，注意定语从句选择] In these categories, the difference is within 5 percent. It is noteworthy that there is no difference between the two years in terms of people’s expenditure on tobacco. 描述当时的情况的时候，用了过去时。描述纯粹数据大小关系的时候，用了现在时。
